Horch Roofing Expands Scope of Custom Metal Work
Horch Roofing is excited to announce the expansion of their custom metal fabrication department with the purchase of an Autobrake 1214 metal folding machine. This investment in technology allows the team at Horch to fabricate metal projects for their customers with increased speed, accuracy, and versatility. Projects such as the Main Street restoration in Belfast are now possible with this new technology.
Peter Horch, owner of Horch Roofing, explains, “Horch Roofing has always been committed to our customers. As our business has developed, our customers’ needs have developed. Horch Roofing purchased state-of-the-art metal fabrication equipment that can better serve our customers. We are so excited to offer custom fabricated sheet metal products and other metal roofing component products. It’s an exciting growth step for our business.”
Horch Roofing has long been an advocate for using metal roofing panels in residential and commercial roofing projects in Maine. Metal roofs are virtually maintenance-free as well as being fire retardant and extremely durable. Metal roofs also have environmental benefits as they reflect heat instead of absorb it and can lower utility costs and use of non-renewable natural resources. Metal roofs are also very recyclable after being removed. Horch roofing fabricates their standing seam metal roof panels in their Warren, Maine location and are committed to fabricating the most resilient, attractive panels possible.
Horch Roofing has been in business for over 15 years and the team is dedicated to a high level of customer service and giving back to the community. With their team of 30 employees and 17 vehicles, Horch can take on any residential or commercial roofing repair or replacement project. A strong supporter of area non-profits and charitable organizations, Horch has supported numerous groups and causes over the years including the Special Olympics, Make-a-Wish Foundation, Habitat for Humanity, and P.A.W.S. Animal Adoption Center. They have also supported organizations like the Farnsworth Art Museum, Maine Lighthouse Museum, and The Belmont Fire Department. The company even has a new web page where charitable organizations can apply for donations or sponsorships.
In addition to metal roofing, Horch Roofing can also work on any type of roof in Maine including asphalt and rubber and they also install seamless gutters. Their strong commitment to the Maine coastal neighborhoods and focus on quality customer service and products make them a valued member of the business community.
